Meranjani is the highest hill of Galiyat at 9754 feet above sea level, this is the highest point in the beautiful Galiyat region in KPís Hazara division. The walk up to the top can be done in a couple of hours and starts from near the Governor House in Nathiagali, one of the beautiful English Era establishments in Galiyat. On a clear day you can have stunning panoramic views across the Jhelum on the east into Indian Kashmir and a look north will get you a view of the majestic Nanga Parbat. For a day or weekend outdoor, this is a perfect option.
Drive to Nathiagali and start 3 to 4 hours trek starts from Nathiagali.
Lunch at the top.
Drive back to Islamabad.
