Must become the member of National Tourism Association or any other recognized by NTP |

COMMUNICATION |

Operations must be able to cater to English and/or Urdu speaking tourists |

PRESENTATION |

All staff must be presentable during operating hours |

All staff must be neat, tidy and well groomed. Concessions for long beards will be made due to cultural reasons |

IDENTIFICATION |

Must provide the following: |
· Staff name badges for all staff |

Rubbish (waste) must be collected and disposed of appropriately |

SAFETY & EMERGENCY PROCEDURES |

Must have fire evacuation procedures |
|
Must have first aid kit available on shop |

All employees must have attained a lifesaving skills and certificate in first aid (from any recognized institution or can avail from Center of Excellence for National Tourism “CENT”) |

Must ensure employees have knowledge of fire equipment use, emergency and evacuation procedures |
|
Must ensure detailed emergency contact numbers are visible |
